Celebrate Recovery meeting held Thursday

Fifteen people, including two newcomers, from Brighton, Wayland and Fairfield, attended a Celebrate Recovery meeting on Thursday, Oct. 31 at the Brighton Church of God.
The evening included dinner; praise and worship music; optional small group sharing; and a lesson on how, once one's recovery from hurts, habits and hangups is far enough along, one will benefit from saying 'yes” to helping others with their own recovery journey.
The next weekly Celebrate Recovery meeting, open to anyone with any hurt, habit, or hangup, will be Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Brighton Church of God beginning at 6 p.m., with a free meal.
