Celebrate Recovery meets in Brighton

The public is invited to a third year anniversary party for Celebrate Recovery Brighton on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Brighton Community Church. This party will be held during the regular weekly meeting time for anyone with any hurt, habit or hangup.

At the most recent weekly meeting, over two dozen people from Brighton, Fairfield, Wayland, Olds and Washington met at the Brighton Community Church Nov. 5. The evening included live praise & worship music and a live testimonial from a young woman who has experienced recovery from an eating disorder.

There was also an opportunity for gender-specific optional individual sharing. Celebration Place (age-appropriate material for children whose families are affected by hurts, habits and hangups) was conducted for four children at the Brighton Church of God Gym and childcare for one youngster was provided.
