Celebrate Recovery prepares for Brighton Praise and Pizza Party June 4

Sixteen people from Brighton, Fairfield, Wayland, and Olds met at the Brighton Community Church May 28. The evening included praise & worship music, optional individual sharing and a lesson on why, in the recovery process (from any hurt, habit or hangup), there is a need to admit one's wrongs to another person in order to gain healing, freedom and support.

Everyone was again reminded that (1) the national Online Celebrate Recovery Summit will be held this summer July 30 and 31 for which individuals can register online while CR Brighton is planning a central location for viewing and participation; and (2) a ‘Welcome Back to CR in Brighton Praise and Pizza Party' is scheduled for our next meeting Thursday, June 4 outdoors at BCC at 6 PM. All family members are welcome.
