Celebrate Recovery to meet Thursday

Nearly 30 people from Brighton, Wayland, Olds, Washington and Fairfield, including one newcomer, attended a Celebrate Recovery meeting Feb. 20 at the Brighton Church of God. The evening included dinner, a special worship night with praise reports and prayer requests & optional small group sharing.

In addition, one individual who has completed a targeted group step study (held independently from the weekly CR meetings) was installed into leadership.

Also conducted was the companion program for children ages 5-13 called Celebration Place. Three children attended Celebration Place.

The next weekly Celebrate Recovery/Celebration Place meeting, open to anyone with any hurt, habit, or hangup will be Thursday, February 27 at the Brighton Church of God. It will begin at 6 PM with a free meal. Free childcare is available for children under 5.
