'Barney” Baird of Fairfield will celebrate his 90th birthday Monday.
Mr. Baird was born March 25, 1929, in Mediapolis/Morning Sun area.
He married Verda March 6, 1954, in Burlington, and they are the parents of Randy, Ron and Diane. They also have five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He farmed full time east of Fairfield in the Wooster neighborhood until he was 79 years old.
