CELEBRATIONS: Lowe celebrating 90th birthday
Glen Lowe, of Brighton, turned 90 years old Sunday, Sept. 8, and will be celebrating with an open house Saturday, Sept. 14, during an open house hosted by his children.
The open house will be held 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brighton Community Building. Cake and light refreshments will be served.
Mr. Lowe was born Sept. 8, 1929, in Brighton. He is a retired farmer. He and his late wife Francine have five children: Donnie and Mary Lowe, of Brighton, Lindy and Willard Glatch, of Brighton, Pam and Bill Starr, of Coppock, Margie and Bill Derby, of Brighton, and Mary Jarrard, deceased, They also have 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
