CELEBRATIONS: Weeks, Goddvin engagement announced
Brenda Dorothy Weeks of Ottumwa announces the engagement of her daughter, Chaylee Renee Weeks to Daniel Joseph Owen Goodvin. He is the son of Wayne Goodvin and Sheila LaHart, both of Ottumwa.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Scotland County R-1 High School. She is currently employed with Wapello County Jail. She is is the granddaughter of Dirk Dorothy of Packwood and the fourth-generation great-granddaughter of Donnie (Shirley) Dorothy of Fairfield and the late Margaret Dorothy.
The groom-elect is a 2009 graduate of Ottumwa High School and is a sales professional at Vaughn Automotive in Ottumwa.
An October ceremony is planned in Ottumwa.
