? Macy Wright, a native of Brighton, was accepted to Central College Abroad?s program in Merida, Mexico.

? Mycaela Crouse, a native of Hedrick, was accepted to Central College Abroad?s program in Bangor, Wales.

Central College Abroad is a university-based study abroad provider for undergraduate students from colleges and universities throughout the United States. Central College Abroad offers semester, yearlong and summer study abroad programs at nine sites worldwide and operates out of Central College.

FAYETTE ? Upper Iowa University announces the names of its 2011 graduates, degree earned and respective honors.

Graduates from the area are:

? Sheri Moore from Douds, who graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in accounting. Magna cum laude is awarded to those with a 3.6-3.79 grade point average.

? Mark Brown from Fairfield, who graduated with a bachelor of science in conservation management.
