The Central Park Community Center in Washington held its monthly meeting on Jan. 20 with seven members in attendance. The meeting was called to order by Max Cousins. The minutes were read and approved. The treasurer?s report was read.

The Center was reserved for Sunday, Jan. 25. SHARE Iowa took place on Saturday, Jan. 24. A New Year?s party was held on Wednesday, Dec. 31, hosted by Allen Griggs. Thanks were extended to Charlie Thompson for some repair work he did for the Center.
The Center continues to be available to rent for parties, reunions and meetings. People are welcome to come in and visit. Medical equipment is also available for loan. Anyone needing the equipment may contact the Center.
