Central Park Community Center
The Central Park Community Center held its monthly meeting Tuesday, June 2, with nine members present. President Max Cousins conducted the meeting. The treasurer?s report was read and approved. The Central Park Community Center held its monthly meeting Tuesday, June 2, with nine members present. President Max Cousins conducted the meeting. The treasurer?s report was read and approved. Preparations were made to have a bake sale on Saturday, June 6, at the Center; and participants were asked to bring things to the Center either by 8 a.m. Saturday, or on Friday. It was reported that there has been a strong attendance for bingo.
The Center has been reserved for June 13 for Relay for Life. SHARE Iowa will be at the Center from 9 to 10 a.m., Saturday, June 27.
The Center is open from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, for playing cards, games or just visiting.
