Twenty-two Central College students, and two from The Union's coverage area, had their work published in the college's annual Writing Anthology, a collection of exceptional student work from across the liberal arts curriculum. This was the 40th year for the Writing Anthology, which has been continuously published at Central since 1981. It can be viewed here: central.edu/writing-anthology.
The local students who made it into the Writing Anthology were Emma Carlson of Fairfield and Megan Rohr of Brighton.
Central College of Pella, Iowa, is a private, four-year liberal arts college. Central is known for its academic rigor, leadership and character development, global experiential learning, STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and sustainability education, athletics and service.
