Chalupa receives IFAA scholarship
Ryan Chalupa of Keota was awarded a $3,000 Alliant Energy Interstate Power and Light Scholarship by the Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement (IFAA) during the Iowa State Fair Sale of Champions Saturday, Aug. 20. Ryan's parents are Nate and Anne Chalupa.
