Eleven members of the Chapter D.L. of T.T.T. attended the March 14 meeting held at the Washington Public Library. Denise Chalupa and Martha Hahn provided dessert and water. Linda McNeil provided coffee
Treasurer Cathy Lewis reported by email that she sent all paperwork in for four to attend State Convention. She also suggested that the next gift for the National Project fund be donated at convention and that will fulfill our budget for the year. It was approved by member vote.
Linda McNeil reported that she followed up on Crooked Creek camp. This would be an overnight camp. It is being held the 19th of June through the 24th. They have a lot of activities, along with tennis courts and camping. She also reported that she was starting the contact with the school to get our 4 girls picked out.
We need this so that as soon as registration opens, we can get our girls signed up. It was approved by member vote that we would consider both Crooked Creek and Washington County Y camp.
Denise Chalupa and Martha Hahn served refreshments after the business meeting.
Our next meeting is on April 11 with Betsy Timmins and Julie Timmins serving refreshments.
