Chapter D L T.T.T. October meeting minutes

Chapter DL T.T.T. met on Oct. 8, 2018 at the home of Phyllis Eisele. Martha Hahn and Denise Chalupa were co-hostesses. Thirteen members attended.

President Robyn Lamb presided over the meeting.

Phyllis Eisele, chairman of Ways and Means Committee, reported the nut order will be placed this week. She has made arrangements to sell nuts at the Halcyon House Craft Show on Nov. 17. Discussion was held about making snack size available as well as the pound bags.

Linda McNeil reported all the current officers are willing to serve another year. A motion was made to cast a unanimous ballet to retain the current officers another term. Motion approved by member vote. The officers are: President – Robyn Lamb, Vice President – Janet Peterson,

Secretary – Linda McNeil, Treasurer – Cathy Lewis, Corresponding Secretary – Kim Prier, and Historian – Martha Hahn.

A Camp Follow-up report was given by Denise Chalupa. There are no former campers having October birthdays. Denise had received a letter from a former camper inquiring about being a camp counselor. Denise will follow up with her.

The next meeting is Nov. 12, at the new home of Julie Timmins. Julie Mangold is co-hostess. Meeting adjourned with the Closing Creed.
