Chapter DL, T.T.T.

Chapter DL, T.T.T., met at the home of Sharon Merz on May 14, 2014, with Lea Smothers as co-hostess. Eleven members were present.

A memorial service was held for longtime member Bette Turnipseed. Bette was very active, held many offices and was always ready to help whenever called, and she will be missed.

Correspondence was received from the Turnipseed family and from Phyllis Eisele. A letter was read from a former camp girl interested in becoming a member of T.T.T. The treasurer?s report was given and approved. The nut sales have been completed and everyone did a great job of selling and packaging. Sharon Merz reported that she had sent two birthday cards to former camp girls. Two camp girls will be graduating this year and will receive gift cards from the chapter. Camp chairman Linda McNeil brought articles she had purchased for the four girls who will attend Camp Wyoming June 15-20.

President Betty Beenblossom appointed a nominating committee of Martha Hahn and Marilyn Mangold.

The next meeting will be Aug. 11 with Linda McNeil as hostess and Bert Lampkin as co-hostess.
