Chronic Disease Care Group to meet
Henry County Health Center (HCHC) invites all individuals with a chronic disease to join us for a free program ?Coffee with Katie? on Thursday, Feb 23, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 25 at HCHC. RSVP by Feb. 22, to reserve a seat.
