Chronic Disease Self-Care Group meets Oct. 21

Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant invites all individuals with a chronic disease to a free program 'Coffee with Katie” from 2-3 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21.
The program will be in Suite 25 at HCHC.
Sign up by Friday, Oct. 18, to reserve a seat. Call HCHC at 319-385-6518.
Join Katie Westphal, RN, BSN, for a social hour, fresh coffee and fruit, plus a discussion on current topics in diabetes education. Hear about recipes, tips and tricks to help stay on track.
