Chronic disease self-care group to meet Aug. 21 at HCHC
The Henry County Health Center invites all individuals with a chronic disease to join them for a free program, ?Coffee with Katie,? on Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 2-3 pm. This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 25 at HCHC. Registration is required by Monday, Aug. 20.
