Chronic Disease Self-Care group to meet Feb. 25 at HCHC

Henry County Health Center invites all individuals with a chronic disease to join us for a free program "Coffee with Katie and Laura" on Thursday, Feb. 25, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 24 at HCHC.

Join Katie Westphal, RN, BSN, and Laura Williams, RN, CDE, for a social hour, coffee and a discussion on the topic of "The Importance of the A1C Level".

The self-care group is offered for anyone with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, or other conditions who would like to learn more about how to control this disease. The public is invited to attend this free program.
