Chronic disease self-care group to meet Oct. 30

Henry County Health Center invites all individuals with a chronic disease to join us for a free program 'Coffee with Katie” on Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 2-3 p.m. This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 25 at HCHC. RSVP by Oct. 29, to reserve your seat.
Join Katie Westphal, RN, BSN, for a social hour, fresh coffee and fruit, plus a discussion on the topic of 'Season's Eatings! Holiday Eating Tips.”
