City offices closed Thursday
City offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 23 and 24, and Thursday's garbage and recycling will be collected Friday, Nov. 24.
Area recyclers will collect Thursday's normal curbside recycling route for Mt. Pleasant residents south of Washington St. and Salem residents' recycling on Friday.
