The Creative Living Department of Washington Fortnightly Club met at 1:30 p.m., Sept. 22, 2016, at the United Presbyterian dining room. Hostess was Sonja Campbell, and co-hostess was Shirley Pfeifer.
The program was ?Roy Croft and the Arts and Crafts Movement,? by Shirley Pfeifer. Roll call was answered by 11 members with ?My Favorite Craft.? Esther Bordwell read an inspirational poem titled ?Sacraments of Daily Living.? Joleen Krotz, president, conducted the business meeting. Dues were collected. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The department?s next meeting will be at 1:30 p.m., Oct. 27, at the U.P. Home. The hostess will be Julia Gamon, with co-hostess Pauline Jarrard. The program will be presented by Mary Patterson on Westside Neighborhood. The roll call will be ?A Halloween Memory.?
