The Oct. 18 meeting of the Franklin Cubs was held at the Washington County Extension Office and hosted by Collin Greiner and Jameson Bell. The members? record books for the 2014-2015 year were returned. Details about re-enrollment, the next 4-H year, and upcoming volunteer opportunities were discussed. The new club officers for the next year were elected and installed. They are as follows: President Ben Schneider, vice president Gabe Greiner, secretary Garrett Greiner, treasurer Cooper Reed, and historian Jameson Bell.
The meeting was adjourned with the 4-H Pledge and a presentation by Gavin Greiner about weapons and vehicles of World War II.
