The regular meeting of the Washington Bows and Bullets 4-H club was held on Jan. 8 at the Washington County Extension Office. Amanda Pfeifer called the meeting to order at 5:13 p.m. Reid Basten led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call was: What state have you been to or would like to go to and why? Fifteen members were present, six were excused, and six were absent.

The regular meeting of the Washington Bows and Bullets 4-H club was held on Jan. 8 at the Washington County Extension Office. Amanda Pfeifer called the meeting to order at 5:13 p.m. Reid Basten led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The minutes were read by Curtis Stender. Zane Fisher motioned the minutes to be passed and it was then seconded by Reid Basten.
The treasurer ?s report was read by Jacob Leonard. Thomas Rittenmeyer motioned the report to be passed, then it was seconded by Reid Basten.
New business: club dues are $28 for members of the Bows and Bullets 4-H Club. If you are in a primary club and pay dues to that club, your dues to Bows and Bullets will be $20. Pay Cindy Mellinger.Encourage your friends to join theclub. There is still time.
The club received a request from County Council to donate to the spring preview open cattle show on April 15. The club donated $50 in the past three years and will assist in the pancake breakfast. They reviewed the projects completed in 2016 with the funds raised from donations, the pancake feed, and show entry fees in a letter from County Council Cattle Show Committee.
May meeting moved to May 7.
Passed out awards.
Range will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., Jan. 22, Feb. 12, and Feb. 26.
The next meeting will be held Sunday, Feb. 12, at 5 p.m.
