The Green Acres 4-H Club of Washington County met on Sunday, April 24, at the Washington County 4-H Building. Eleven members were present.
President Ellie Todd led the meeting. Ava Wulf led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was ?What is your favorite summer activity??

The Green Acres 4-H Club of Washington County met on Sunday, April 24, at the Washington County 4-H Building. Eleven members were present.

The secretary?s minutes were read by Sophie Bell and approved by Bailey Rees. Zoe Dennler seconded them. Ellie Bell gave the treasurer?s report. Ava Wulf approved the treasurer?s report, seconded by Ally Rees.
In Old Business, club members who helped with the pancake breakfast shared about it. Also, members who helped with the club open house in the old schoolhouse shared about the success of this event. Other members who went to an open rabbit show shared how they did. Club members discussed having a plaque on the benches that club members built with Daren Dennler at the open house. Ellie Bell motioned to have a plaque on the benches that says Green Acres, 2016, and a 4-H clover, seconded by Natalie McCleary. Club members who attended FSQA shared about their experiences.
In New Business, all animals have to be entered by May 15. The first dog workout is May 4. Club members are to come to the next meeting with a hay bale idea. May 7 is goat weigh-in. May 14 is master gardeners plant sale in the round barn.
The next meeting members will update the club pride board so club members are to wear their new Green Acres shirts. Ally Rees motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ellie Bell. Natalie McCleary led the 4-H Pledge.
After the meeting, Millie Craig presented a PowerPoint on ?Dry Ice Smoking Bubbles.? Emma Craig presented a PowerPoint over ?Blueberry Muffins.?
The next meeting will be held on the fourth Sunday of the month, Sunday, May 22, at 5 p.m. at the Washington County 4-H Building.
