County Line Club met Tuesday evening at the home if Helen Edwards with 10 members and one guest present. Mike Zahs, a former neighbor of most members, came with many interesting antiques, many of which the members had never seen before. It was most interesting learning of many handy tools that our forefathers made and used to make their life easier.
After his presentation, members had a show and tell and Mike embellished on many of the things brought to share. It was an enjoyable start to the evening.
After the sharing, President Schuerman brought the meeting to order and Secretary Jenny Yoder gave the minutes and treasurer's report.
Both were accepted. A Thank-you from the Y in honor of Maxine Duncan was passed around and Schuerman told of a thank-you from the family.
Next meeting will be with Judy Skubal at noon on Oct. 13.
Jenny Yoder will share about her trip to Ireland, Wales and Great Britain.
Helen served tasty fall refreshments and visiting ended the meeting.
