The Dec. 21 meeting of the Franklin Cubs was called to order by president Gabe Greiner. The roll call was ?What was your best Christmas present ever?? The secretary?s report was given and approved and the treasurer?s report was given and approved. Old business included the beef weigh-in and premium money. New business discussed was the skating party to be held on Jan. 15, 2017. Members discussed if they wanted to donate $25 for the spring cattle show and pancake breakfast. The club had their annual Christmas party at Pizza Ranch. The meeting was adjourned with the 4-H Pledge. The next meeting is Jan. 8, 2017, at 5:30 p.m.
