The Central Park Community Center held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 1, with 11 members present, and conducted by Max Cousins, president.

The Central Park Community Center held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 1, with 11 members present, and conducted by Max Cousins, president.
The treasurer?s report was read and approved. Bingo attendance is down somewhat, but still averages 24 to 26 players. Some high school girls have been helping, in order to receive credit for school for volunteerism. It was voted to have a bake sale at the Center on Saturday, Sept. 5, for the Arts and Crafts Day. Max Cousins received a check for $100 from the Bill Sitler Award for Volunteerism, which he donated to the Center to apply for a new sweeper. SHARE Iowa will be at the Center from 9 to 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 26.
