The regular meeting of the Jackson Jets 4-H club was held on Oct.11. The family potluck began at 5 p.m. at the 4-H extension building. The meeting was called to order by president Emma Stout at 5:45. The regular meeting of the Jackson Jets 4-H club was held on Oct.11. The family potluck began at 5 p.m. at the 4-H extension building. The meeting was called to order by president Emma Stout at 5:45. Eighteen members answered roll call of ?your favorite sports team.? The treasurers' report and the secretary?s report was given and approved. The Jackson Jets earned premium money for hosting the 4-H building, season passes, and livestock at the county fair.
The Jackson Jets also received top herdsmanship for Beef and Dairy. The Pizza Ranch fundraiser was discussed and postponed to an unknown date. The meeting concluded with the installation of officers. The officers for the new year are as follows: president - Joceline Spenner; vice president - Emily Hora; treasurer - Brooke Stout; secretary - Makenzie Marek; reporter - David Hora; Historian Wil Marek; recreation chair - Jessica Hora; and photographer - Leah Marek.
The next meeting will be held Nov. 15 in the upstairs meeting room of the 4-H extension building. Members are to wear their 4-H shirts for a club photo.
