Brenda Bean presented information on the club?s annual craft show to be held Nov. 4, at the Highland Middle School Gym. She has contacted many vendors and multiple have confirmed. Members discussed plans for signage, food service, and distribution of fliers. Kathi Bean reported she has been coordinating with Highland School administration to bring students to Ainsworth on the second Wednesday of each month to perform various talents.
This will be held at Town View Village at 11 a.m. A girls? vocal group performed on Sept. 20 and was well attended. The students and audience shared a meal together.
Local groups are being contacted by Kathi to provide the meal for these events. The Ainsworth Church Women have agreed to do the meal for the next three months. Sacha members decided to provide the meal in April 2018. Kathi encouraged members to attend these events and promote them to others in our community.
The next meeting will be Oct. 30 [note change of date] at the Ainsworth Community Church.
