Four members of Readers and Writers Department of Fortnightly met June 13 at the Washington Public Library, for a work session spent cleaning books.
Four members of Readers and Writers also met on July 11 at the library. A brief business meeting was held regarding updates for the 2017-18 yearbook. Members then shared articles they had written or found, on the topic of ?What I Found in a Drawer or a Closet.? The next meeting is scheduled for 3:30 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the library. The suggested topic is ?Summer Memories.? Guests and potential members are welcome.
