County Line Club met at the home of Judy Skubal on Oct. 13, at noon for an authentic Irish lunch. The Irish stew was especially good and all the fixings that went with it were yummy. Eight members enjoyed the lunch.
After lunch Jennifer Yoder talked and showed pictures of her trip to Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Great Britain. She also shared all the mementos that she brought home. The trip was especially enjoyable because she went with her son Rob and other students.
After her talk a regular meeting was held and it was decided to take desserts to the Legions Meal that will be held on Nov. 14 at the Opera House in Ainsworth.
The club will also try to decorate for the occasion. They decided to go to Johnny B?s for lunch on Dec. 8. They will also have a grab bag exchange, and will try to have it be ?Made in America.? It was a bit of a challenge last year and members are up for the challenge again this year.
