The Solitaries will meet at 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the First National Bank parking lot to carpool rides to lunch.

Lunch will be at Loriann's in Richland.

Girl Scouts

Fairfield Girl Scouts are taking registrations for a day camp planned in August.

Girl Scouts Go Green Day at Camp is planned from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 12 at the Fairfield Girl Scout Cabin in Old Settlers Park, adjacent to Waterworks Park.

The fee is $10 for all registered Girl Scouts. Scouts can sign up through their troop leader or at https://forms.gle/BoLoi2r7rLFwWiQRA. The deadline to sign up is Aug. 5.

Attendees should bring a sack lunch and apply sunscreen and bug spray before drop-off.

The rain date is Aug. 19.
