Coffee with Laura support group set to meet July 16

Henry County Health Center invites all individuals with a chronic disease to join us for a free program "Coffee with Laura" on Thursday, July 16, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. This will be held in the Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 24 at HCHC.

Join Laura Williams, RN, CDE, CCP, CNHP, for a social hour, coffee and a discussion on the topic of "Summer Heat and Diabetes".

The self-care group is offered for anyone with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, or other conditions who would like to learn more about how to control this disease. The public is invited to attend this free program.
