Tiffany Halvorson of Calmar earned a scholarship this spring for her academic achievements.
Halvorson received the Sherman Oyen Endowed Scholarship and is enrolled in the nursing programs at the Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Calmar campus. She is the daughter of Denise and Darrell Chalupa of Washington. Tiffany and her husband, Charles, have three children, Charlie, Johannah and Isaiah.
