Community Childcare celebrates ’Week of the Young Child’
Community Childcare Center and Preschool in Fairfild celebrated the “Week of the Young Child” from April 12-16 with special activities every day.
This is the 50th year of the week-long celebration. Fairfield Mayor Connie Boyer visited the childcare center Thursday, April 15 to sign a proclamation declaring April 12-16 as “Week of the Young Child” in Fairfield.
Special activities during the week included the kids at Community Childcare making pictures for their parents, wearing their clothes backwards one day, wearing their favorite hat, wearing their pajamas to daycare, and eating breakfast with their family at Community Childcare.
