Community memorial trees

Hospice of Washington County will be displaying the community memorial trees at the new Washington Public Library through the month of December.
All members of the community are welcome to donate an ornament in memory of a loved one to be displayed on the tree this year and in future years. Ornaments will become property of Hospice Washington County, are not returnable and will be placed on the tree in the coming years. This is a communitywide tribute; a loved one does not need to have had hospice services to be honored on the Community Memorial Trees.
Ideally the ornament should indicate who it is being memorialized in a manner that is permanent, either on the ornament or by a securely attached tag.
Those donating are asked to submit memorial ornaments to Hospice Washington County 948 Wast 11th St, Washington, IA, or to call for further information: 319-653-7321
