Pat Miller, treasurer gave the treasurer?s report and it will be filed for audit.
Correspondence:Thank you notes were read.
Committee Reports: Dorcas: Wilma McAllister reported 8 ladies had met on Monday, Jan. 9 and worked on quilts.
The usual cards had been sent.
Study and Devotions/Mission Outreach:
The regular offering, the least coin offering and the call to prayer and self denial offering were received. Pauline spoke about Maternal and Child Health.

Following a motion to adjourn the Closing Creed was read together. Debbie thanked Wilma for being hostess.

Eric and Jes Davis are happy to announce the birth of their son, Jaxon Rodney born January 12, 2017 at Washington County Hospitals and Clinics. He weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20 inches long.
His 5 year old sister, Javan welcomed him.
Grandparents are Steve and Pam Davis of Crawfordsville; the late Ann Fletcher of Columbus Jct. and Stan and Mary Fletcher of Sunrise Beach, Missouri. Great-grandparents are Rodney and Joyce Letts of Washington.
The Crawfordsville Lions Club will hold a Pancake and Sausage Supper Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 4 -7 p.m. at the WACO Elementary School in Crawfordsville. Tickets are available in advance and at the door. Tickets are available from Lions members or at Agri-Way Partners. This year?s proceeds will go toward a Lions WACO High School Scholarship.
