Congregate Meals
The Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? spaghetti noodles with meat sauce, green beans, layered lettuce salad, diced pears, orange juice.

The Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? spaghetti noodles with meat sauce, green beans, layered lettuce salad, diced pears, orange juice.
Tuesday ? pork cutlets, sweet potatoes, peas, mandarin oranges, tomato juice.
Wednesday ? chicken, baked potato, sour cream, brussel sprouts/cheese, banana and peach cup.
Thursday ? beef stew, whole-grain biscuit, tossed lettuce salad, assorted dressing, sliced strawberries, crispy rice bar.
Dec. 14 ? hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed spinach, applesauce.
Milk, whole-wheat and whole-grain bread/muffins, and margarine are offered with all meals.
Meals are offered on a contribution basis for persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses of any age. Full cost of meals is: congregate, $5.87; carryout, $6.35; home delivered, $7.73.
Reservations for meals at the Fairfield senior center must be made one day in advance either at the center or by calling 472-4403.

Bingo is played from 12:15-1:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday in Fairfield.
