Congregate Meals: April 30-May 4, 2012

Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its menu for the week.

Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday-Friday at the Fairfield center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.

Monday ? ground beef gravy, mashed potatoes, lima beans, Surprise Salad, cookie.

Tuesday-May 4 ? not available.

Meals are offered on a contribution basis for persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses of any age. Full cost of meals is: congregate, $5.87; carryout, $6.35; home delivered, $7.73.

Reservations at the Fairfield center must be made one day in advance either at the center or by calling 472-4403. For reservations at Lockridge, call 319-696-2711.

Bingo is played from 12:15-1:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday in Fairfield, and the Ed Bruegge Band plays at noon the first Wednesday of every month.
