Congregate Meals: Aug. 1-5, 2016
Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its congregate meals menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? creamed turkey, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.

Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its congregate meals menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? creamed turkey, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.
Tuesday ? Salisbury steak with gravy, Potatoes O?Brien, broccoli cuts, Dixie Coleslaw, fresh fruit, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.
Wednesday ? baked chicken, boiled new potatoes with parsley, green beans almandine, fresh melon plate, fruited yogurt parfait, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.
Thursday ? sweet and sour pork, brown rice, Brussels sprouts, banana, ice cream cup, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.
Aug. 5 ? cheese and potato-crusted fish fillet, oven-baked red potatoes, creamed peas, pineapple and mandarin oranges, wheat dinner roll or bread with margarine.
Milk is offered with all meals.
For people 60 years of age and older and their spouse of any age, there is a suggested contribution based on income range. Individuals younger than 60 pay the full meal charge as posted at the meal site.
Reservations for meals at Fairfield must be made one day in advance either at the senior center or by calling 472-4403.

Bingo is played 12:15-1:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at the Fairfield Senior Citizen Center.
