Congregate meals are served at 11:30 a.m. weekdays at Fairfield Community Center. Reservations are required one day in advance at the center or by calling 641-472-4403. A fee is charged.
Menu
Monday, Nov. 4 – Salisbury steak, baked potato, sour cream, four-way mixed veggies, whole grain bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday, Nov. 5 – Open faced turkey sandwich with one slice of bread and gravy, homemade mashed potatoes, corn, strawberry ice cream.
Wednesday, Nov. 6 – Cook's choice with dessert.
Thursday, Nov. 7 – Chili soup, carrot slaw with raisins, corn bread, fresh fruit.
Friday, Nov. 8 – Baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans with onions, whole grain roll, lime fruited gelatin. (Dine-in choice entrée: liver and onions)
