Congregate Meals: Sept. 17-21, 2012
The Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? beef macaroni casserole, broccoli, tossed lettuce salad, assorted dressings, mandarin oranges, cookie.
Tuesday ? roast turkey, Swiss cheese slice, homemade wheat dinner ...

The Fairfield Senior Citizen Center has listed its menu for the coming week.
Meals are served at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at the Fairfield senior center and at noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Lockridge senior center.
Monday ? beef macaroni casserole, broccoli, tossed lettuce salad, assorted dressings, mandarin oranges, cookie.
Tuesday ? roast turkey, Swiss cheese slice, homemade wheat dinner roll, potato salad, tomato slices, fruit.
Wednesday ? beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts with cheese, banana half.
Thursday ? beef hash brown casserole, spinach, bran raisin muffin, peaches, gelatin, whipped topping, orange juice.
Sept. 21 ? tuna salad, baked potato, sour cream, creamed peas, homemade wheat dinner roll, white cake, fruit.
Milk, whole-wheat and whole-grain bread/muffins, and margarine are offered with all meals.
Meals are offered on a contribution basis for persons 60 years of age and older and their spouses of any age. Full cost of meals is: congregate, $5.87; carryout, $6.35; home delivered, $7.73.
Reservations for meals at the Fairfield senior center must be made one day in advance either at the center or by calling 472-4403.

Bingo is played from 12:15-1:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursdayin Fairfield.
