Barb Sieren, of Back to Basics Farm, demonstrates use of the InstaPot for meal planning featuring easy potatoes and butternut squash. The free event was held in the Cambridge Learning Center at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, and was hosted by Steve Boss of Great Taste. Thirty-five people attended the event, which was sponsored the the Jefferson County Extension Office. A second class, featuring cooking pumpkin and its seeds is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Cambridge building at the fairgrounds and is also free of charge.
