Eight members answered to roll-call. Brier Klossing read the secretary minutes with no corrections or additions necessary. Jenna Smith read the treasurer's report, and the bank balance was given. There was one bill to be presented. Zoe Runyon motioned the bill and Amber Hixson seconded it.
There was also a teen council report this meeting. Currently, the teen council is doing a penny drive to help raise money for Christmas toys for Family Connections at the 4-H Extension office. Also, the teen council handed out candy at Witch Way to Main on Thursday, Oct. 25. Finally, the 4-H teen council is going to put up a Christmas tree during Dec. 8-9 for the Trees of Christmas event.
Moving on to old business, there was none to be discussed at this meeting. For new business, they first discussed awards night, which is Nov. 3 from 6-8 p.m.
The Club will be providing three bags of chips for this event. Next, they talked about Fairbook Ads and received them that night. They need to get these turned in by Dec. 31.
Finally, they discussed the Family Night that will occur at the November meeting. They will be making their families an Italian themed dinner including lasagna roll-ups, garlic bread, Caesar salad, tiramisu and cannolis. Also at this meeting, they will bring $5 worth of food to donate to the Fellowship Cup. To adjourn the meeting, they said the motto 'to make the best better.”
