Couple announces engagement

Karlee Rock and Andrew Schneider Jr. are excited to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Karlee is the daughter of Kendra and Dave Rock of Wheatland and Andrew is the son of Amy and Andy Schneider of Brighton. Andrew proposed to Karlee on Nov. 21, 2016, at the Tulip Toren in Pella.

Karlee is a 2011 graduate of Calamus-Wheatland High School and is finishing her graduate degree in Forensic Science at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, after graduating from Central College in 2015 with a bachelor?s degree in Forensic Science.

Andrew is a 2009 graduate of Washington High School, a 2013 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor?s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, and currently works as News Director and Sports Play-by-Play Announcer for KNIA/KRLS Radio in Pella. The couple has planned a Dec. 16, 2017, wedding at Central College in Pella.
