Couple announces engagement

Daniel and Barbara Mottet of Brighton, and Michael and Wanda Elam of Brashear, Missouri, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Dana Mottet and William Elam of Kirksville, Missouri.

Dana graduated from Washington High School in Washington, in 2003, Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in instrumental music, and University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, in 2013 with a Master of Social Work. Dana is employed at Adair County Senate Bill 40 Developmental Disability Board.

William graduated from Adair County R-II High School in Brashear, Missouri, in 2005, Truman State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, and Truman State University in 2011, with a Master of Accountancy. William is employed at Bank of Kirksville. The couple will be married July 16, 2016, at the First Presbyterian Church in Kirksville.
