Couple announces marriage

Kelsey Ann Brinning and Bryce Ryan Stout were married on Aug. 26, 2017, at Faith Baptist Church in Washington.
Kelsey is the daughter of Mike and Paula Brinning of Keota. She is the granddaughter of Mary Brinning and the late Richard Brinning, Steve and Marilyn Bennett, and Paul and Trish Rummelhart.

Kelsey is the daughter of Mike and Paula Brinning of Keota. She is the granddaughter of Mary Brinning and the late Richard Brinning, Steve and Marilyn Bennett, and Paul and Trish Rummelhart.
Bryce is the son of Gary and Jana Stout of Washington. He is the grandson of Pat Stout and the late Roger Stout, and Robert and Janet Spenner.
The maid of honor was Christina Brinning, sister of the bride, and the best man was Brant Stout, brother of the groom.
