Couple announces their marriage
Rebecca Ahlers and Jordan Vittetoe were married on Nov. 14, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars.
Rebecca is the daughter of John and Debra Ahlers of Le Mars.
Jordan is the son of Jerry and Deb Vittetoe of Washington.
The Rev. Kevin Richter officiated at the 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

Jill Permeswaran of Iowa City was matron of honor. Kristen Ahlers of Ames was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Holly Vittetoe of Washington, Katee Vittetoe of Washington, Elyssa McFarland of Columbus Junction, and Kallie Yearick of Clive. Personal attendants were Kristina Brown and Rachel Kerns.
Serving as best men were Jeremy Vittetoe of Washington and Brady Zuck of Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Groomsmen were Daniel Ahlers of Le Mars, Jarred Epley of Waverly, Matt Meade, and Josh Sonnabend.
Flower girls were Caroline Vittetoe of Washington, Rylie McLaughlin of Cedar Rapids, and Brinley Housel of Burlington. Max Eisma of Ireton was ring bearer.
Ushers were Brendan Anthony, Ryan Bell, Charlie Beeler, and Elliot Reicks. Guest book attendants were Grace Ahlers and Sarah Benton. Music was provided by Mary Kay Benton, organist/pianist; Erin Ohrlund and Jen Bohr, vocalists; and Greg Ahlers, playing guitar and trumpet.
A reception followed at the Le Mars Convention Center, hosted by Denise and Neal Anthony and Bob and Brenda Vittetoe.
Special guests were grandparents Robert and Cy Ahlers, Bill and Janice Renken, Jeanette Vittetoe, and Howard and Shirley Bohr.
The bride wore a slim, fitted gown with delicate lace throughout and a scooped neckline with off-the-shoulder cap sleeves and a V-shaped back. An embellished sash tied at the waist completed the look. Her headpiece was a cathedral-length veil. She wore dangly pearl earrings and a pearl bracelet and carried a bridal bouquet of tiger lilies, roses and succulents. In accordance with the bridal colors of apple red and fall colors, the bridesmaids wore long apple red dresses with a lace illusion and sweetheart neckline.
The groom wore a black suit with cream shirt and apple red tie and vest, and his boutonniere was a rose. Groomsmen and ushers wore black suits with apple red tie and a black vest.
Rebecca graduated from Le Mars Community Schools in 2010 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy in 2014 at Iowa State University in Ames. She works at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach as a field agronomist.
Jordan graduated from Washington High School in 2010, received a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy and ag business in 2014 at Iowa State University, and works at Greiner Crop Services in Keota.
The couple is at home at 145 Green Meadows Drive in Washington. .
