Couple celebrates anniversary
Ronald and Donna Bruner of Batavia celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday, April 17.
Ronald G. Bruner and Donna L. Hudson were married April 17, 1976, at the First United Methodist Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Wayne L. Bartruff officiating. Donald Schiedel was best man, and the late Vicki Schiedel was maid of honor.

Ronald and Donna Bruner of Batavia celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Sunday, April 17.
Ronald G. Bruner and Donna L. Hudson were married April 17, 1976, at the First United Methodist Church in Fairfield, with the Rev. Wayne L. Bartruff officiating. Donald Schiedel was best man, and the late Vicki Schiedel was maid of honor.
Mr. Bruner is a semi-retired salesman with Harper Brush Works. Mrs. Bruner is a semi-retired substitute kitchen worker in the Fairfield Community School District.
The couple has two children: son, Charles Bruner and his wife Karen of Mt. Pleasant, and daughter, Barbara Bruner of Batavia. They also have three grandchildren.
The Bruners will be celebrating with a family dinner.
